How does it work?

  • Each employee is given a link to complete the survey anonymously using a smartphone or computer with internet access
  • The survey comprises a range of questions using simple English, and takes 5-10 minutes to complete
  • Employers are presented with a FREE comprehensive report detailing the overall state of their employees’ personal finances on a group level and impact on their work performance.

 

Feedback to Employers

InvestmentWise provides each participating company with a feedback report after conducting the survey. This report includes detail regarding the overall financial state of their employees in an anonymous, confidential manner.

We facilitated the Wealth Management Level 4 Qualification to 70 Allan Gray call centre and administration employees in 2008.
We have been facilitating the full Wealth Management Level 4 qualification to Silica employees for 10 consecutive years and have trained a total 170 employees to date.
InvestmentWise delivered the Wealth Management Level 4 Learnership on behalf of Liberty to 49 unemployed learners in Gauteng in 2016.
